Sandusky Seattle is First Group to Earn Certified Digital Marketing Consultant Accreditation from RAB

CDMC Program To Be Available Online in May

New York, New York – April 17, 2008 -- Sandusky Seattle became the first Radio group to earn Certified Digital Marketing Consultant (CDMC) accreditation from the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) when thirty-one sales, promotion, and management professionals completed the one-and-a-half day course last month.

 

What started as a program offered exclusively at RAB2008 in February has become one of the most sought-after educational programs from RAB.  The CDMC provides information and instruction on how to sell Radio’s interactive components and then tests the participants to award them full accreditation. 

 

“The CDMC is one of the best programs we’ve ever done,” said Marc Kaye, Market Manager, Sandusky Seattle.  “Anytime you take salespeople off the street for two days of training, you have to give it a lot of thought.  We know we made the right decision.  Our people have new knowledge of Interactive and are excited and motivated to go sell it.”

To accommodate the increasing demand for training on how to sell Radio’s interactive components, CDMC will be available online beginning in May and include live webinars, self-study classes, a blog for interaction with trainers, and an online final exam.
