RAB Announces Staff Changes

New York, NY -  July 26, 2016 -- The Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) has announced the retirement of Andy Rainey, SVP, Research effective July 29th.  Rainey has led the Research team at the RAB for the last 23 years, where she worked tirelessly on behalf of RAB’s members.  Andy represented the RAB at various industry research councils including MRC and CRE, to name a few.

“We have been extremely fortunate to have Andy’s research acumen at the RAB, where she’s advocated for radio and made us all a lot smarter,” said Erica Farber, President and CEO, RAB.  “We’re thankful to her for her many years of service and perhaps the early bird we know may just sleep in a bit longer.”

At the same time, Annette Malave, Vice President of Business Development, has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Insights effective August 1st.

“Annette brings a wealth of media knowledge and analytics expertise to this role,” said Farber. “I know our members and radio will benefit greatly as she leads the group and represents the RAB across the many research entities we work with on a regular basis.”

As the media landscape continues to evolve, so will RAB’s research and insights efforts on behalf of our members and advertisers.
