RAB to Present Four Strategic Sales and Marketing Sessions at 2018 NAB Show


New York, NY – February 12, 2018 - The Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB) will present four revenue and professional development-oriented sales and marketing sessions at this year’s NAB Show to be held in Las Vegas April 7-12, 2018. All of the sessions are a part of the Business of Broadcast Conference, at the Las Vegas Convention Center North Hall.

The four sessions, led by the RAB Professional Development team, feature an array of radio and digital executives who will share their perspectives on increasing revenue with digital monetization strategies and alternative revenue concepts in today’s vast media landscape.  Convention attendees will leave these sessions with strategies and concepts that can be executed readily in their various markets.

“With the growth of radio’s multi-platform offerings, the skills set for today’s seller and manager require both a sharp sales acumen and a truly integrated media approach,” noted Erica Farber, President and CEO, Radio Advertising Bureau. “These upcoming sessions will instill strategies and concepts for today’s and tomorrow’s radio professional."

Monday, April 9, 2018

Radio Engage

Focus: Hear from the thought-leaders and take home essential strategies on recruiting tactics, creating effective ads, promotions and marketing ideas, digital monetization strategies and alternative revenue concepts.
 
3:20 p.m. – 4:40 p.m. (N260)
Small and Medium Market Radio and TV “Engage” Session

Focus: Radio and TV small and medium market experts share case studies and their successful revenue- generating ideas and strategies.  Learn from one another and then bring it back to your market.

Tuesday, April 10

Radio: From The Streets and The C-Suite

In this two-part session, RAB President and CEO Erica Farber engages with broadcast company leaders and top-performing broadcast salespeople.  Learn how the spirit and commitment at the top guides the passion and performance on the streets.  Skilled leadership and outstanding execution are the essential ingredients for success.
