RAB Live Presentation to Focus on Leadership Management

Thank you for sharing this information and resource with your readers.

RAB’s next live presentation in the Business Accelerated series is titled “Sales Management That Works – How to Sell In A World That Never Stops Changing.”

Like perishable goods in grocery stores, sales models have a sell-by date. As product standards evolve and new entrants emerge, buyers have more choices and demand more in terms of quality and performance across vendors. Firms that fail to adjust to changing customer expectations lose advantage. In this live presentation, Harvard Business School professor Frank Cespedes offers essential sales strategies from his just released book, "Sales Management That Works: How to Sell in a World That Never Stops Changing."

Selling is changing, but the impact of online channels, social media and “big data” on sales is often misunderstood. Cespedes will discuss how to separate signal from noise and the implications for core areas of business development, including hiring, training, compensation and constructing relevant sales models. He will also answer questions about these and other topics.

Frank Cespedes has run a business, consulted to companies in many industries and has been a board member of startups, corporations and PE firms. He has written for numerous publications, such as Harvard Business Review and is the author of six books.

The live presentation takes place at noon CT on March 31, 2021.
