Daily Sales Tip: The Facebook Pull Strategy

Stay connected with your clients through a professional Facebook page. Just remember to use a pull strategy, not push tactics.

Create content and links on Facebook that your clients will welcome and find valuable. They will want to pull information from your page. If you use Facebook to push sales pitches they'll likely find little value and ignore you.

In an interview with PR News, Christopher Lagan, chief of social media for the United States Coast Guard, said: "Know your message, know your limitations, and know your audience." You can then create dynamic and relevant content.

Your advertisers will appreciate the content and stay connected to you.
