Sales Tip - A New Tactic for Getting the Appointment

Earlier this month RAB's webinar with guests Gordon Borrell and Mark McCracken included many tips for selling more digital. One of our favorites was how to get an appointment with a tough prospect.

  1. Know Facebook's Terms of Service (http://www.facebook.com/legal/terms)
  2. Review the prospects Facebook page
  3. Find any infractions
  4. Call the prospect and say you noticed the infractions and Facebook could remove the page. (Mark said he is unaware of a business ever being able to reinstate their page once Facebook takes it down.) Offer your consultation on how to revise the page to comply.
  5. Once in the prospect's office you will have an opportunity to consult and conduct a CNA
