Sales Tip - Listen to Your Station, Browse Your Site

It would be hard to sell radio if you didn't often listen to your station. It's the same with your website. If you have not spent time with your station's website lately, put a note on your calendar to spend an hour or two on Saturday morning.

First-hand experience with the products you sell increases your passion and enthusiasm when you are in front of the client. Passion and enthusiasm are contagious and those are the emotions we want our clients to feel about our media.
