Online buyers beware, dealers are crucial part of vehicle purchases



Car shoppers are arming themselves with more vehicle information before going into a dealership, but it’s the pre-purchase interaction with the salesperson that leads to high sales satisfaction, according to the J.D. Power 2017 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index Study, released recently.
