Speaking at the Radio Show on Wednesday, Chuck Mefford with BrandsFormation says when he buys radio advertising in any market, he looks for a rep he considers an insider…someone willing to tell him the truth about the market even at the risk of potentially harming his or her own opportunities. This creates trust and he says he will work hard to reward that sales rep with business as often as he can. Be that "insider" for your market. You will distinguish yourself and set yourself up for a long and successful career.
