When planning to sell an event, leave no sponsorship stone unturned. Look at all your opportunities. Do you have a ticket sponsor? How about a parking sponsor? Do you have an official car dealer? What about signage opportunities...yes...even in the restrooms and the trash barrels?

Will you have Website sponsorships? Text-2-Win? Mobile Info sponsorships? Charging station sponsorships? Can you offer sampling? Coupons? How about selling vendor-designated spaces? On-site ATMs? Will your city participate; help streamline the permit process and provide additional security?
By asking more questions like these, you can gain more sponsors and make more money from event selling.
