As a second-generation broadcaster, Williams spent most of her younger years working at Oklahoma-based Omni Media Group, owned and operated by her father, broadcasting legend Doug Williams.

Intrigued by various facets of the business, she went on to work in affiliate sales at ABC Radio Networks, and later served as Regional Sales Manager for SiteShell Corp., Account Executive at Radio & Records magazine, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for News/Talk/Sports MediaOnline.

She holds the position of President and Owner of her family's Omni Media Group in Woodward, OK. The broadcasting corporation includes radio stations KWOX-FM, KMZE-FM and KZZW-FM, as well as KOMI-TV.

Williams graduated from Oklahoma State University's Journalism and Broadcasting School. Go Pokes!
