How to feed the digital generation



Digital natives — millennials and Gen Z consumers who have grown up alongside technology — are seldom found not using technology. In fact, a 2018 Pew Research study showed that 92 percent of millennials (those born between 1981 and 1996) own a smartphone, and 85 percent of them use social media.
