Interest in electric vehicle cars stalls among U.S. consumers



U.S. drivers hesitate to choose an electric vehicle for their next vehicle purchase despite the growing number of EV models introduced to the market in recent years. According to a new AAA study, just 16% of U.S. adults say they are very likely to likely to purchase a fully electric vehicle as their next car — the lowest percentage recorded of interest in EVs since 2019.
