Buy Online, Avoid People? GoDaddy Survey Uncovers New Gen Z & Millennial Shopping Habits



A GoDaddy survey reveals that Gen Z and Millennials prefer shopping methods that minimize human interaction, such as online shopping, self-checkout, and curbside pickup. Notably, 54% of Gen Z and 50% of Millennials favor these methods, compared to 29% of Gen X and Boomers. The survey also highlights that a significant portion of younger consumers have used "Buy Now, Pay Later" services for unaffordable purchases and are more inclined to abandon purchases if digital wallet options are unavailable.
