Nursing homes limit admissions due to labor shortages, survey states

Staffing shortages have led providers to limit admissions — most commonly in skilled nursing units — with 25% of single-site communities and 18% of multisites affected, according to the latest July 2025 Ziegler CFO Hotline survey.
