Assembling kids’ toys is a lot easier if you put the right tab into the right slot. It’s the same no matter what you do in life. It’s easier if you match the tab with the right slot.

Asking clients what they want and need gives you the information on what to recommend. Your recommendation must be a good match or you should not and will not get the client’s go-ahead.

Use all the products you have to fulfill clients’ wants. Digital has become an important “tab.” Include in your proposals website and mobile display, streaming ad insertions, pre-rolls, social mentions, email blasts… and if you have the capability, include digital marketing consultation with products like reputation management and social media posts.
