Great Weekend Reading
A couple of weeks ago, we shared a sales tip about the importance of being a life-long learner and always consuming new information to stay informed, effective and relevant. We shared that one of the simplest ways to accomplish that was to read. We shared a short list of our favorite books and asked you to send in your top three.
We were blown away by the response. As we head into a long holiday weekend, we would like to provide the list of books that others are reading and recommending as part of their life-long learning strategy. Because there were so many suggestions, we are just going to provide author and title, and you can take it from there.
Never Eat Alone – Keith Ferrazzi
Never Split the Difference Negotiation Like Your Life Depends on It – Chris Voss
The One Thing – Gary Keller
Ditch the Pitch – Steven Yastrow
First Break All the Rules – Marcus Buckingham
You had Start with Why – Simon Sinek
How to Win Friends and Influence People – Dale Carnegie
New Sales Simplified – Mike Weinberg
The Bible
The Five Second Rule – Mel Robbins
The Ideal Team Player – Patrick Lencioni
GET SH*T DONE – Jeffrey Gitomer

That’s just a partial list from our lifelong-learning RAB members. Great knowledge to help you not only in your profession, but in your life.
As Theodore S. Geisel, aka Dr. Seuss, says: “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go. Remember kids, reading gives you the power to be whoever you want.”
Happy reading.
