Is there a single, 'right' way to sell?



There is no plan, program or technique that's guaranteed to boost sales. A salesperson succeeds with one approach because it's based on their talents and skills. It may fail miserably for another person.

You can gain insights from studying other salespeople's success. The key is to understand that you must take what you learn and make it work for you, based on your own strengths.
