Inflation toll: 26% of Americans have cut back on SVOD, pay TV



In the past six months, inflation has caused 26% of U.S. households to downgrade or cancel a subscription video-on-demand service and/or a pay TV service, according to a July survey of 1,970 U.S. adults by consultancy Aluma Insights. Nineteen percent reported reducing or canceling an SVOD service, and 16% reported doing the same with a pay TV service.
