Here's what customers don't like about stores



Shoppers are returning to stores, but it doesn't mean they're happy with the experience. According to the new "2023 Retail Customer Service Survey" from mobile communication platform Theatro, 63% of surveyed consumers are doing most of their shopping in-store now that the COVID-19 pandemic has eased.
