Digital sales stalled? Here's a remedy: Hire people to sell digital

Earlier this year, we discovered that the No. 1 thing radio managers felt would drive more digital sales was hiring digital-only sales reps. In fact, it outranked, for the first time, the idea that digital sales would be driven best by training existing radio reps.
