"Political money is going to flow"

As happens every four years, 2024 is a presidential election year in the U.S. That means that radio stations all over the nation have the opportunity to vie for the millions of ad spend dollars that will be spent by political campaigns. There are estimates of $10-$16 BILLION in spending for the 2024 political cycle. Steve Passwaiter, president of Silver Oak Political, a Washington D.C.-based political advisory firm, as well as Tony Hereau, vice president of cross-platform insights, Nielsen, joined us to share insights that highlight radio's strengths for political for the upcoming election season.
