Foot traffic to surpass pre-pandemic levels by 2025

Foot traffic is expected to return to 2019 levels by Q3 and exceed them by 2025, according to CBRE's May 13 report. In 2023, prime retail districts saw 81% of pre-pandemic traffic. Offline sales reached 78.1% in 2022, with prime retail rents rising 9% in the Americas.
