Summer restaurant jobs expected to surge in 2024

Restaurants will add 525,000 seasonal jobs this summer, slightly fewer than last year's 552,000. This marks the second consecutive year with over 525,000 jobs added, driven by a strong return of teens and young adults to the labor force.
