Dealerships must boost staff training to support EV buyers

Today's electric vehicle shoppers differ from early adopters, who were well-informed. Ipsos reports only 9% of EV buyers rely on salespeople for information, compared to 17% of other buyers. NADA highlights $6 billion invested in EV inventory, with another $5 billion expected for facilities and training by decade's end.
