Trust impacts satisfaction despite rising auto insurance rates

The J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Auto Insurance Study reveals that despite 11.2% increase in auto insurance rates, customer satisfaction with insurers remains high. Trust in insurers significantly impacts satisfaction and brand advocacy, with the highest trust score of 917. However, 51% of customers have little trust.
