Cargo theft jumps 33% in Q2, shifts in targeted goods

CargoNet reported a 33% rise in Q2 2024 theft incidents, despite a 10% decrease from all-time highs. Discriminatory organized cargo theft groups targeted vitamins, supplements, alcoholic beverages and skincare products.
