Majority of US workers committed to diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives

More than 75% of American workers are dedicated to supporting diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplaces, a new Seramount survey shows. Although down from 83% in 2021, support remains strong, especially among executives, with minimal differences across demographics.
