Builder confidence plummets in July

High inflation and increased interest rates took a toll on home builder sentiment in July as the housing market is seeing a slowdown in buyer traffic. Builder Confidence plunged in July, falling 12 points to 55, according to the latest National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Index.
