Vehicle-owner satisfaction rebounds from pre-pandemic lows

Consumers appear happier with the cars and trucks they own. Results of the American Customer Satisfaction Index Automobile Study 2022-2023, based on a random survey of 8,941 consumers, show increased satisfaction with nearly every facet of the vehicle they owned.
