Survey: 50% of holiday shoppers will begin before Halloween, 2 in 5 report feeling financially burdened

According to many Americans, there's no time like the present to begin preparing for the winter holidays. One in two holiday shoppers plan to begin or have already begun making purchases before Halloween, according to a new Bankrate survey.
