New Survey of Construction reveals top siding materials

The Census Bureau's 2023 Survey of Construction shows stucco is the top siding choice for new single-family homes, used in 26.8% of builds. Vinyl siding follows at 25.6%, with fiber cement at 21.7%. Brick veneer and wood products are less popular.
