The best time to sell: The week of april 13-19

Home sellers who are hoping to sell this year should get their ducks in a row, because the best time to list a home in 2025 is approaching quickly. The week of April 13-19 is expected to have the ideal balance of housing market conditions that favor home sellers, more so than any other week in the year. A recent survey from Realtor.com® found that the majority (53%) of home sellers took one month or less to get their home ready to list, so the time to start prepping is now.
