Cargill provides research highlights on what drives bakery choices
Although health-forward diets may still be shaping many consumer choices, when it comes to sweet baked goods, joy still rules the day. That’s the message from Cargill’s latest Sweet Delights: Sweet Baked Goods Demand Drivers research, unveiled last week at the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas.
