Grocers need to meet consumers where they are, and that's in the digital world
During the opening day of Groceryshop 2025 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Jennie Bell, managing director of Snacks & Beverages at NielsenIQ, delivered a clear message about what grocers must do with digital channels. "Digital is at the heart of every single decision consumers make," she said at the grocery trade show.
