News around vapor products remains a mixed bag

E-cigarettes and vapes are lighting up the nicotine news feed once again. Most recently, the list of approved e-cigarettes expanded by five items in July, when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized the sale of Juul Labs Inc.'s e-cigarette device and refill cartridges in tobacco and menthol flavors.
