Rise in Young Men's Religiosity Realigns Gender Gaps
Young men in the U.S. are becoming more religious, with 42% of those under 30 now saying religion is “very important” (up from 28% just a few years ago), reversing a long-standing gender gap as young women’s religiosity remains lower and relatively unchanged.
This shift highlights changing identity and value systems among younger audiences, creating relevance for categories like education, community organizations, financial services and lifestyle brands that align with purpose, belonging and evolving cultural perspectives.
