Key Findings about Americans and Mental Health
Pew Research Center found that most Americans view mental health as a major national issue, with many saying mental health concerns have increased in recent years and younger adults especially likely to report personal experiences with anxiety, depression or emotional stress.
These attitudes reflect how mental wellbeing is becoming more central to daily life and decision-making, creating relevance for healthcare, wellness, insurance, workplace support and lifestyle-focused sectors that intersect with stress management, emotional health and quality of life.
