Senior living providers experience major year-over-year gains in satisfaction despite rising costs, J.D. Power finds

With the average cost of assisted living and memory care rising year over year by 10% and the average rent for independent living rising between 7% and 9%, it may come as a surprise that resident and family member/decision-maker satisfaction with senior living providers is on the rise.
