As executive vice president of RAB, Sabina Widmann oversees member engagement and success, focusing on broadcaster initiatives, enhanced member services and expanded offerings that support the evolving needs of the radio industry. She brings more than 20 years of experience in radio, media sales, multicultural marketing and business development.

Before joining RAB, Widmann served as executive vice president of Ark Marketing & Media Solutions, where she created the Ark Marketing Latino division. As Widmann returns to radio, this experience provides added insight into the evolving needs of advertisers and agencies, helping Widmann better support broadcasters and their business growth. Previously, she spent nearly two decades with TelevisaUnivision Communications Inc., holding leadership roles including president and regional radio general manager. In that role, she oversaw radio operations across San Diego, McAllen and Las Vegas, leading teams, strengthening client relationships and helping local and national advertisers connect with Latino consumers.

Bilingual and bicultural, Widmann has built her career at the intersection of culture, community and commerce. Her work has helped broadcasters, agencies and advertisers better understand Latino consumer behavior, develop culturally informed campaigns and create meaningful connections across languages, markets and communities. Her perspective has been shaped by experience in key Hispanic markets, including Texas and California, as well as more than five years living and working in Latin America. Widmann previously served on executive committees for both RAB and the Southern California Broadcasters Association and was co-chair of RAB's multicultural committee. She holds a master's degree in Marine Affairs and Fishery Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College.

A longtime San Diego resident, Widmann is married and raising her two daughters, Luna and Stella. Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, the ocean, biking along the bay, live music and the Southern California sunshine.
