Small and mid-sized business owners optimistic about growth prospects in 2024

A recent Bank of America survey shows small and mid-sized business owners are optimistic about revenue prospects. 87% of respondents expecting growth and 65% expecting expansion and technological investments to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
