Local real estate markets sees a surge in early 2024

The National Association of Realtors® reported that 93% of metro markets experienced home price gains in Q1 2024, with double-digit price gains in 30% of the 221 areas, up from 15% in Q4 2023. The 30-year fixed mortgage rate ranged from 6.60% to 6.94%.
