Restaurant workers feel camaraderie with their colleagues but wish their managers communicated better
An engaged employee is a happier employee, and a happier employee works harder, is less likely to quit, and is better at serving customers. Those are the key findings in the inaugural quarterly report, titled The State of the Frontline Worker, by goHappy, a company established by the same team that founded Snagajob, the country's largest marketplace for hourly workers.
