The cost of a dozen eggs has jumped everywhere in the U.S., but how do you cope with a 1,048% increase? Some have simply stopped buying them, according to a new report. Financial consulting firm Clarify Capital's report, "The Scramble for Eggs: How Inflation Is Changing Consumer Behavior," surveyed 1,000 Americans on how their shopping habits have changed with the rising cost of eggs.
