AI Is Routine for College Students, Despite Campus Limits

More than half of U.S. college students (57%) now use artificial intelligence tools in their coursework at least weekly—including one in five who use it daily—despite many schools discouraging or restricting its use, highlighting how quickly AI has become embedded in everyday learning.

This rapid adoption signals a shift in how younger consumers learn, research and make decisions, creating relevance for education, technology, workforce training and productivity tools that align with increasingly AI-enabled behaviors.
