Building the Next Generation of Radio and Audio Talent

The future of radio and audio depends on attracting and developing new talent. This spring, college-age students from across the country received a firsthand look at careers in broadcasting through RAB's 2026 Media Career Academies program series.

Conducted in partnership with the Georgia Association of Broadcasters (GAB), GAB Education Foundation, Illinois Broadcasters Foundation (IBF) and the Kellar Family Foundation, the academies provided immersive, hands-on experiences designed to introduce participants to the many opportunities available across radio, audio and media.
