This explodes the myth that American men don't like to shop



When they’re shopping online, men seem to have deeper pockets than women. Among online shoppers, 38 percent of men have bought an item online that costs $1,000 or more, according to a National Public Radio/Marist survey released recently of more than 1,000 adults. Comparatively, only 19 percent of women had made a purchase that big on the internet.
